Depending on your Visa type, please follow the respective lines painted on the floor. The E-Visa counter is at the very end of the immigration. If you have an E-Visa, keep going to the E-Visa counter and do not line up at the foreign passport holders. To enter any Indian airport, including Delhi, for your return journey, you must have a copy of your ticket in hand. This can either be printed or available digitally on your device and a government issued photo ID. This standard practice ensures smooth access to airport facilities and facilitates the check-in process for your flight. Please ensure you have your ticket ready before arriving at the airport to avoid any inconvenience.
There are several transport options available from the airport to the hotels:
Taxi and Ride-Sharing Services: You can find designated Uber pick-up points and taxi booking counters at the airport. Services like Uber, Ola, and BLUESMART are readily available for convenient travel.
Metro: Another convenient option is to take the Delhi Metro, which connects directly from the T1, T2, and T3 airport terminals. The closest metro station within walking distance is the IGI Airport Metro Station. It is recommended to download the Delhi Metro app for route planning and real-time updates. Ensure you have your ticket, cash, or e-wallet handy for quick and hassle-free ticket purchases at the station.
